The ECOT serial is the optical transmitter with a high cost-effective, multi-channels, AM modulator. The cabin is a standard box of 19 inch. A switch with a lock controls the output power. The front panel is equipped with LCD. It can display current output power, operating temperature and voltage parameter of each group. There are RF driving amplifier and controlling circuit inside the transmitter. The noise and intermodulation distortion of the transmitter is low. There is a tailor-made high linearity and an optical segregator in this DFB LD. The output power can be controlled automatically .The thermoelectricity condenser inside the LD ensures the temperature stability. It can make the LD work long and effectively
