Also,it features single-time molding and multi-pole orientation. The injection molded magnet has a high mechanical strength and may be molded together with other matching parts.
One of the greatest advantages of the injection molding process is that a high degree of shape complexity is possible — ie. gears, snap fits and undercuts. It is also possible to incorporate shafts, bushes and other inserts into the process, simplifying the magnetic assembly manufacturing process.
