The single screw extruder made in Xinyuan Corporation first considers to get best melting quality and throughput. The structure of the screw is BM style. It can extrude soft PVC, PP, PE, ABS resins. The screw and barrel are all nitrated so it has a long service time and good performance. The heating system of the machine is nicely made and the temperature can be controlled within the range of +/-2℃, all of the parameter display are digital LED. Programmed touching screen electric system is designed for operation of the whole line.
