XJR double disk Pipe Coiler
The XJR double disk Pipe Coiler made by Xinyuan Corporation include single wheel and double wheel winder.The smaller one can wind pipe of 16milimeter in diameter,the bigger one can wind pipe of 160 millimeter in diameter.Its specialties are as follow:
1. The radius of the reel is adjustable.
2. The reel shrink in while taking off the winded pipe.
3. The outer arm of the reel can be self-locked after it moves into closing position.
4. The pipe is lined by a automatic arranger.
5. The wheels are droved by a toque motor so the strain force is adjustable.
6. The width of coiled pipe adjustable.
7. The model which winding the pipe at diameter above 90 millimeters has a pushing arm to push the end into the roll.
