The furnace housing consists of rugged steel structure horizontally divided at roller table level. The bottom half is securely mounted on the base frame, the top half can be vertically raised for service. In case of main power failure, the furnace hoods can be lifted by crank handles. The furnace lining is of insulation material with a low heat retaining capacity and high resistance to temperature changes. The entrance and exit openings of the furnace can be quickly changed. The entrance and exit openings of the furnace can be quickly executed by means of pneumatic cylinder. The furnace rollers are driven by servo gear motor to facilitate stepless speed changes, these drive unit ensure a uniform tensioning of the special belt, especially when reversing. Each roller can be lifted out for services or cleaning.
