- This machine is designed for producing T-shirt bags at a very high rate. The entire operation, from material infeeding to product outfeeding, is fully automated and performed on lines for extremely fast and labor saving production.
- The utilization of high quality components ensures a minimum of trouble and greatly reduces machine down time.
- Electromagnetic clutches and brakes ensure accurate bag cutting and sealing.
- The machine stops as soon as materials are used up or the temperature drops 4-8 degree or bags become superimposed.
- An additional air feeding device is provided to ensure smooth, stable bag production during intermittent feeding with clamp mode.
- Optional Equipment:
- Adopting a programmable controller to drag the bags that need to be stressed into the leveller plate, and stresses them there. It can level the handle position of T-shirt bags, raise the quality, and increase the competitiveness of the product.
