• Assembly instructions of category 5 plug. Category 5 plug was assembled by a pre-inserted plug and a conductors liner.
• Strip the outer insulation of the cable and remain the length of the inner conductors about 20mm.
• Straighten the inner conductors and insert to the liner form behind per your sorted sequence. The gold contacts conductors of the liner are upward.
• Cut the superfluous inner conductors squarely from the front of the liner.
• Insert the assembled liner and cable to the pre-inserted plug with a correct direction. Make certain that the liner is flush with the tip of the plug and directly under the gold contacts.
• Use a crimping tool or auto-termination machine to crimp this cable assembly correctly, this completing the operation.
