• Automatic heating, automatic transportation, drying. The height of the conveyer rack is 800m/m. the maximum temperature is 200 Celsius. Power source: 3ohms the length, width, speed of the heater can bedesugned to meet the sizes, nature, production capacity of the workpieces. The heating is done in sections accoreing to lengths and every section has in/out opening. The temperature can be adjusted also the speed can be adjusted, too.
• Rack type hot air cabinet: hot air circulation, verticalized blowing direction with conveying direction excellent curing quality and quantity applied to P.C.B or metal baking after printing, system has driven input conveyors, and can be placed in-line for greater automation or can be manually fed.
• Customer's specified requisition: workpiece dimension, arrangement, capacity, required temperature, baking period to design the system's total length, speed, working height, heat transfer and cooling accordingly.
