C.P.U means Copolymer Polyethylene Unit. A brand-new environmental protection invention. For the future recovering and obviating the heavy metal stabilizer addition repollution (organ metal: Acid, Lead, Cadmium, Barium, Mercury, Zinc etc...) We have developed this new material that contains no heavy metal. The material is the aggregation of the basic of polyethylene, the cold-resistance is excellent, and it doesn't contain the plasticity medicament. The mot important of all, it can be burned without dioxin nor toxic gas, and it is biodegradable. C.P.U coating fabrics come to the demand of environmental protection: (1) It doesn't contain any organ chloride and is the best material to replace PVC backing and PU coating. (2) There is no heavy metal to cause pollution, like Ba. Cd. Pb. Hg. Zn., etc.. It is suited to a variety of fabrics. C.P.U film coating can be used in various products, such as luggage, raincoats, school bags, car covers, boat covers, travel bags and printing cloths etc.. Sheet thickness can be varied from 0.06mm to 0.4mm, and can show the unique effect which PVC backing and PU coating can not.
