ZB-M series of melt pump is made of high-temperature alloy steel or M2 steel. We adopt wholly quenching technique, and make improvement on the design parameter of melt pump like high torque, low shearing as well as on demands for high corrosion resistance (fluorine-related products). Furthermore, we operates optimization design for self-lubricating system, inlet or outlet flow and the gear structure of ZB-M melt pump.

All of these above mentioned measures allow to shorten the time for the material inside the melt pump body, thus erase the dead angle of melt pump gear. ZB-M series of melt pump is more applicable for high quality finish or high transparency products like PC, PMMA, PVC and thermoplastics extrusion.

1) Batte melt pump is mainly used for transportation, pressurization and metering of high temperature or high viscosity polymer melt. Our melt pump is configured with frequency motor, reducer and control system so as to vary the speed.
