Step1: mould manufacturing/designing
We can design the mould as customers’ requests.
First, beat up the fireclay, coke and water in a rotary plate machine.
Second, fix up the sample on a iron bracket, then fill in the fireclay between the sample and iron bracket to make it consolidated. After that, we will get the mould with two parts, one is called female mould, and the other is called male mould.
