1. There is a 10t gypsum bin in the equipment it will save labor.
2. Gypsum Power will be sent by Gypsum bin. The proportion of water and powder will be controlled by PLC computer. Full automatically beating machine will operate gypsum slurry. So it help us to save the labor.
3. It is very easy to operate due to beating machine we using German advanced technology it can work 24 hours continuously and no blocking and uniform stable,Gypsum Cornice with pore-free bubbles, high intensity and pattern full luster etc
4. The Mould it can automatically cleaning . Dongyue patent technology will not leave residue and damage mould so the mould lifetime will be extended.
5. Installed power 26.85 kw ; actual production power 17 kwh.Low energy consumption, energy conservation and environmental protection.
6. 11 pieces of transducers with low noise and Soft start-up technology it will extend equipment lifetime at least 15 years
