Gravity grading stoner/gravity destoner
The specific gravity grading stoner is used in grain milling for the classification and separation of granular materials into high-density (heavy), mixed and low-density fractions. It can classify and/or separate crushed corn (maize), corn germ and endosperm, light impurities from durum or ergot from wheat.
The de-stoner is mainly applied to the second grain cleaning process.
With the same size, different density of the grain and the impurities, the impurities can be removed under the function of gravity.
TQSF Gravity Selector works for continuous separation of stone from a stream of grain and grades the cereal grains in light and heavy parts. This machine has a work surface with two sieves: the first divides the flow of wheat into light and heavy parts; the second separates the foreign bodies with specific weights higher than that of grain, such as stone and bit of glass and metal
