Stabilized Soil Batching Plant
ZWCB series stabilized soil batching plan is Haizhou’s special batching plant which is integrate domestic and foreign advantage technology. it use quicklime, slaked lime(water content 10% to 15%), soil, and and stone, fly ash, cement, etc as material, used to manufacture cement stabilized gravel, lime stabilized soil and concrete subbase. Production capacity from 200 ton per hour to 800 ton per hour
measurement method: volume type measurement and PC measurement
Motor speed control mode: frequency speed control and electromagnetic speed control. Match variety of construction requirements.
PC control system set manual control and automatic control mode, simple operation.
This equipment is widely used in highway, city road, airport and harbor’s subbase stabilized soil area.
