PVC edge banding
The main component of PVC edge banding is polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which is produced through processes such as mixing, rolling, and vacuum forming. The base material is composed of PVC resin, calcium carbonate powder and various auxiliary materials.
Appearance and texture: Smooth surface, no bubbles, no stretch marks, moderate glossiness, flat surface and back, uniform thickness, and consistent width.
Physical properties: reasonable hardness, high elasticity, strong wear resistance, and not easily deformed. After trimming, the side color of the edge is close to the surface color, without whitening, and has good glossiness.
Durability: It has properties such as fire resistance, oil resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Processability: Good processing performance, can be manually or mechanically sealed.
