Aluminium ingot casting machine is consist of ingot moulds, demoulding system, supporting frame, main transmission system, water immersion cooling mechanism (or water spraying mechanism), aluminium liquid distributor (distribution drum), etc. This machine applies not only for aluminium ingot casting, but also for lead ingot casting.
Ingot moulds is produced with the refractory high manganese cast iron, with average casting lifetime of over 15 thousand times. An ingot mould is around 30KG. Reasonable choice of material of ingot moulds ensures fluent demoulding during processing and bright smooth surface of the casted aluminium ingots.
Mould heater is mainly used for preheating the cold moulds to avoid crack to the moulds caused by great temperature difference.
