DESCRIPTION
JS-9041 Silicone Elastomer Blend has a non-volatile, low viscosity dimethicone. It can be used in skin care, hair care, color cosmetics, antiperspirants and deodorants.

HOW TO USE
JS-9041 is a high viscosity material. It should be combined with the oil/silicone phase before used into a formula. Make certain JS-9041 silicone elastomer blend is uniformly dispersed in the oil/silicone phase before proceeding. JS-9041 may be formulated into o/w emulsions, w/si emulsions, w/o emulsions and anhydrous products and also can be used as a binder inpressed powder cosmetics because it contains a non volatile dimethicone.
DOSAGE
For oil-in-water emulsions, water-in- silicone emulsions, water-in-oil emulsions, 15-30%
For anhydrous products, 80-90%
