The PP-R stable-state pipe is an extension of the traditional PP-R pipe, which is reinforced by short fiberglass in medium layer of the pipe. To overcome the rigidity disadvantage of the PP-R pipe, Leader Machinery has innovated a new sandwich structure, the inner and outer layer is normal PPR, short fiberglass is combined in the middle to be the strengthening layer.

Main technical charateristics:
● Adopt three layer co-extrusion mold, each layer thickness adjustable.
● The glass fiber strengthen PPR pipe performs much lower expansion on temprature change, higher temperature endurable.
● Pipe production cost 5%~10% lower than single wall PPR pipe.
● Machine adopts advanced PLC and color liquid HMI screen as control system, easy operation, standalone adjustment range linkage,fault alarm, and beautiful shape, high automation, production is stable.
