Full automatic professional glass laminating machine is mainly used to solidify composite, such as metal/ nonmetal cementing structure, resin high strength glass fiber, carbon fiber, boron fiber, aramid fiber, epoxy resin and other composites. This equipment can make composite solidified by heat and boost pressure under the condition of vacuum.
The temperature, pressure, vacuum control of the autoclave meet the technological standard of BAC5621, K, D6-56273, B, D6-49237, E, AMS2750 and D.
The temperature of different positions of the workpiece can be controlled by our equipment, the error of the temperature is ±0.5℃.
Our equipment can realize temperature ,pressure ,cooling and process parameters timing ,real-time on line control.
