The agitators were primarily designed by requirements of mixing container , process application, medium parameters and installing condition etc. Then starting computer simulation experiment to analysis flowing situation to made the optimization mixing scheme to meet the using requirements of customers.
1. The top entry agitator can be installed in the middle of the tank or off-center, and connect the tank by concave-convex flange.
2. The driving part of agitator can use gear reducer, cycloid pin gear reducer, belt-reducer or combining form.
3.You can choose Orthogonal axis reducer (K series reducer) when the installation was limited.
4. A gear box, in inner-shelf of the bottom of the reducer, can load axial force and radial force when agitator working, reduce the load of reducer and lengthen using life of the equipment.
5. Sealed container can use mechanical sealing or stuffing box as shaft sealing, the sealing installed in inner of shelf.
