The 40pl model meets the demanding requirements of the high quality UV wide-format and solvent graphics markets, while the 80pl version leads the way in the solvent grand-format and C&M sectors.Xaar 500/40 UV printheads have a drop volume of 40pl and a firing frequency of 8kHz. This Xaar 500/40 printhead is vacuum filled.
This printhead replaces the XJ 500/360/UV printhead which was discontinued. It is suitable for Zund UV
