It is widely used for die casting release agent. It is superior to conventional silicone fluids when the finished parts are subsequently to be painted, printed,
coated or bonded. An outstanding release effect is even obtained when extremely small amounts of the release agent are used. The result is an easy, accurate reproduction of every surface detail of the molded article. RX-103 exhibits excellent film forming properties.
