Start with venting. Yes, it is true there are no external vents. However there are five deep internal channels that go over your head, moving air around your noggin and out the back. The helmet pads are covered in X-Static fiber cloth. This is a wicking, and fast-drying microfiber cloth that feels soft, dries fast, and can be taken out and washed. Further, the Roc Loc Air fit system holds onto your head without your head hitting most of the helmet. It’s almost as if the helmet is floating around your head.
