This is a kind of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber also a addition cure silicone rubber/platinum cure silicone rubber for making printing pad. It’s generally named as two part silicone rubber with 9:1 mixing ratio.Part A is a flowable liquid,part B is the curing agent or catalyst .It’s mainly used for making printing pad.
The silicon pad is a carrier which transfers the patterns from the steel plate onto the products surface.It has the advantage of good printing effects,fine quality,good resilience,and without any impurity.




APPLICATION:
This kind of silicone rubber is mainly used for printing irregular patterns on plastic toys,pen,shampoo,glass,electroplating,products,electroplating toys and trade marks,artwork gifts and stationery etc.

OPERATION:
Step 1:Prepare the original molds
Step 2:Mix 9 part of A liquid silicone and silicone oil
Step 3:Add 1 part of B catalyst into the mixture
Step 4:Vacuum pumping
Step 5:Pouring the mixture into the mold
