Liquid Silicone Rubber for Candle Mold Making is a two-component material, which consists of Part A base silicone and Part B CA30 curing agent; then the silicone base and curing agent can cure at room temperature by a condensation reaction.
These materials can be cast into the cured silicone mold: plaster,cement, GRC,PU,polyurethane,resin, polyester, wax etc.







OPERATION STEPS:
Step 1:Take 100g of part A and add 2g of part B and mix the silicone rubber and curing agent evenly.
Step 2:Vacuum pumping . Without exception, this step takes less than 10 minutes.
Note:The time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3—5 minutes, otherwise, once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuum pumping process, it will not be operated.
Step 3:Pouring the vacuumed silicone mixture into the frame with original concrete mold.

APPLICATIONS:
It is suited for small and middle size reproduction of candle mold, soap mold, small size concrete stones, artificial tones etc.
