Nylon 6 monofilament absorbs water easily, it will absorb the moisture in the air until it reaches equilibrium value of water absorption, while its hardness will occur little change. Based on this factor, nylon 6 is commonly used for industrial brush. Nylon 6 monofilament is relatively economical for nylon material.
