Curry Crunch is Zouq’s tribute to Kathak – a traditional classical Indian dance form, that is celebrated for turning storytelling into an art form. Kathakas, the performers of Kathak, would recite or sing to narrate myths, folk legends, and local stories – sometimes for the courts of kings, at others for common folk on the street. Much like the precision of body thrusts and movement in Kathak, Curry Crunch’s mixture of grains is meticulous. Each bite is a precise blend of sweet and sour, each ingredient conversing with your taste buds to produce a narrative of exotic spice fusion in a mouthful.
