1. Description of our carbide composite rods
Our tungsten carbide composite rods are used for wear parts and cutting. Generally used in oil drilling field and oil fishing tools. ZZbetter cemented carbide welding rods are made from crushed tungsten carbide grits and copper or nickel based binder.
ZZbetter has two types of the hard alloy composite welding rods, one is bare (looks like golden) ,the other is with fluxed-coating (the surface is white). The fluxed coating can help you brazed the composite rods on the tools easier if you dont have rich experience in such work.
Whats more, the fluxed coating can keep the surface wont be oxidation if you want to keep them for long time before using them.

b. 3.2 x 4.8 mm or 1/8" x 3/16" this size is for wear application
c. 4.8 x 6.3 mm or 3/16" x 1/4" this size is for cutting application
