BM6 series orbital hydraulic motors are designed with geroler element and pressure balanced valve plate. It has the following structure assembly, see Drawing 1, and features of performance:
· Advanced design of disc valve, realizing small size, compact structure and higher distributing accuracy.
· Adopt geroler element, ensuring higher mechanical efficiency and longer lifttime under high back pressures.
· Adopt pressure balanced organ, balancing both axial clearance between balanced valve and disc valve and axial clearance between disc valve and auxilliary valve and balanced valve could automatically move to the left side and then ensuring the higher volumetric ficiency of the motor.
· Adopt double conical rolling bearings to the output shaft in order to guarantee he higher radial load of the motor, which ensures the motor could be used to directly drive the orking organ, needless to add any other bearings, simplifying the whole systems.
· Adopt double deep groove ball bearings,
