High efficiency
One of key characteristics of this system is that it adopts a kind
of patent technology; it can control system’s aperture angle and
size of light spot independently. High collection efficiency,
viewing angle up to 88°with extremely high precision are key
advantages and development of this patent compared with
traditional fourier optical analysis.
High speed analysis
This full viewing cone graph is measured with extremely
high azimuth angle resolution. It only takes several minutes to
measure luminance as well as radiation. Holographic graphs of
films and components can be formed in seconds. Goniometer is
used to measure them by the traditional way and it usually takes
several days.
High precision
All ELDIM’s systems follow strict processing procedures,
quality control and correction procedure. Every CCD camera
is with higher spectral sensitivity and every filter’s design and
spectral sensitivity are controlled through the method of
spectrophotometry. We develop special tools and procedures to
make systems achieve high viewing angle.
High reliability
ELDIM independently processes systems’ every key component.
Its performance is very high due to adoption of advanced
technology: magnetic fluid polishing technology, stitching intervening
method, etc.
In order to reduce polarization of low direct light and derivative
light, we paint non-reflective light coating on the surface and make
optical calibration within system. Optical calibration and coating
painting are made in dust-free rooms. All systems will be tested to
make sure quality several days before they will be transported.
