Flotation separator s tructure features:
Flotation machine has many forms of structure and the most commonly used is the mechanical flotation separator. It is mainly composed of a motor, body, impeller, stator, dispersion cover, bottom, draft tube, vertical tube, the adjusting ring, the spindle and the bearing.
In general, flotation separation should have the following functions:
( 1) inflatable function: generation of a large number of suitable particle size and uniform bubbles.
( 2) mixed function: to produce suitable turbulence so that solid particles can collide with bubbles.
( 3) the transport function:ore slurry can evenly enter into flotation, tailing slurry can be reasonable discharged, flotation concentrate can overflow by the way of foam products.

Flotation separator working principle:
After adjusting pulp and medicine, the ground minerals of monomer dissociation enter into the flotation separator for aeration, agitation so that the aim mineral particles under the effect of collector attach to the bubbles. On the surface of slurry, it forms mineralized foam layer, scrapped by the scraper into foam products, not floating mineral discharged from the underflow so as to achieve the flotation separation.
