Working Principle of PE Series of Jaw Crushers

It crushes materials by the Movable Jaw s periodic movement .The belt drives eccentric shaft to rotate by motor, and make the movable jaw do complex elliptical motion. When the movable jaw descends, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw gets smaller, and the materials can be crushed. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes bigger. The movable jaw will do complex elliptical motion by the pulling of pull-rod spring .Every periodic motion of the movable jaw crushers the materials once and discharge them down to some distance. After several cycles , the crushed materials will be discharged as finished products at the discharge opening. And in this way ,it makes mass productio.
