Phenolic Foam Pipe Insulation products fabricated from rigid closed cell phenolic foam block in standard densities from 40kg/m3 (2.5lb/ft3) to 160kg/m3 (10lb/ft3). The rigid foam block can be cut into pipe section and pipe support in any diameter and any thickness to suit different cold and hot insulation purpose, and all pipe fittings and pipe joints such as bends / elbows / reducers / Tee pipe joint etc. Also can be fabricated by Computer-controlled Cutting Machine.
GOOT phenolic foam insulation fully complies with the Class O building regulations and 100% CFC/ HCFC free, which has a far superior resistance to burning and spread of flame, and the lowest thermal conductivity. Moreover, the Phenolic Foam Pipeline Insulation Products is constructed of using an outer layer of reinforcement aluminium foil for protection, which provides a vapour barrier. The layer adds durability for high and low temperatures pipelines, and has a resistance against distortions.
