SVA-III-S is a board type electrohydraulic servo amplifier with position demodulator, mainly for controlling 3-stage valve having LVDT position sensor, is of LVDT demodulator circuit, and realizes closed-loop controlling with the inner loop of servo valve’s coil. Moreover, it is of PID controlling for external loop. By different settings of the jumping switch, it can also be used for controlling closed loop of position formed by a 2-stage servo valve and LVDT sensor.
