Grease Valve
For quantitative grease filling system. The quantitative grease filling system is applicable for quantitative supply of dry-oil lubricating grease, with pressure of 5~25 MPa. The grease filling system comprises a grease pump, a quantitative grease filling valve, an pneumatic controlling pipeline, and a grease filling gun, etc.
The quantitative grease valve comprises a measurement cylinder and controlling component (directional valve), etc. The valve is featured by accurate quantifying, easy quantitative adjustment and easy controlling, and is applicable for quantitative filling of thick grease in automatic production lines for e.g. bearing, half axle and universal coupling, etc.
