DW-SBFM High speed blowing flim machine introduced the screw L/D ratio 32:1,screw introduced advanced technology in multi-stages of pressure, shearing, mix functions and melting etc. The output could be enhanced 2 times than others manufacturer.
The result is high Speed extrusion, best shearing and mix melting could make the plastic full plasticized. Also enhanced the film’s tension of horizontal and vertical. High output and strength of technology than others, is a really high speed blowing film machine.
For consistency and persistency operation we provide:
1. Type speed reducer adopt 1:12.5 three-stages reduction gear box and water cooling device.
2. Air ring match with high pressure blower control and controlled by frequent inverter.
3. Single and double winder come with automatic taper tension control.
