Application of crush machine
Impact or is generally used as secondary crusher and max feed size not surpass 500mm, It is specially design for crushing granite, the limestone, the river pebbles, and so on, by changing rotor and crushing cavity ,it also be used as primary crusher according to customer’s requirement .it is widely applied to highway, reservoir, railway, airport and other fields that need rock with cubic shape.
Working Principle of Dongmeng Brand Impactor
When being fed into the blow bar function area, the materials fall into breakage because of high-speed impact and get the second breakage after being thrown to the impact plate installed above rotor, and finally rebound to the blow bar area to get repeat crushing. The process repeats until materials are broken to the required size and then discharged from the bottom of the impactor. We can get our required size of the end products by adjusting the clearance between the impact frame and the rotor frame.
