At present our company has 850 employees among which engineer and technician is over 120. With total assets of 200 million RMB yuan and standard workshop of 50,000 square meters, we have 4 sets of advanced large-sizes of melting furnaces in domestic, more than 700 sets of wire-drawing equipments,24 sets of large anneal ovens, 5 coaxial cable production lines, 4 sets of ф630 tubular type strander,4 sets of ф630 rigid frame type strander,as well as comprehensive qualified instruments and chemical examination equipments
We are specialized in electronic wire and cable .Main products are aluminum alloy wire, aluminum rod, aluminum welding wire, stranded wire, like ACSR,AAAC,ACAR,AAC and so on . We also produce products according to customers’ requirements.
With high-quality material and advanced production technology, we can produce more than 18,000 tons of 1.17mm diameter Al-Mg alloy wire, more than 10,000 tons of 0.12mm-0.16mm diameter Al-Mg alloy wire and 200,000 kilometers of coaxial cable per year.The output of rod is more than 40,000 tons annualy, and most of the rods are exported to overseas. Besides, the annual output for ACSR and AAAC is more than 20,000 tons.
