carbon fiber upvc roof tile
Carbon Fiber uPVC Roof Tile is a new kind of Roof Tile that has three layers, the top layer and the bottom layer is made from improved uPVC (unplasticized polyvinyl chloride) which can block the Ultraviolet Rays and reduce the thermal conductivity, the middle layer is made from foamed carbon fiber which is adiabatic, UV-proof and soundproof. This compound structure makes Carbon Fiber uPVC Roof Tile perform well in heat insulation, sound insulation, anticorrosion, leakage proof, fire proof, etc.
Specification:
(1) Thickness: 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm;
(2) Width: 1130mm;
(3) Length: according customers’ demand;
(4) Color: according to customers’ demand (red, yellow, white, blue, grey, green etc. available);
(5) Full Container Load: 7100㎡(thickness 2mm)/5600㎡(2.5mm)/4600㎡(3.0mm) for 20/40/40HQ FCL;
Applicable To:
Factory buildings, warehouses, villas, holiday villages, carports, rain sheds, livestock breeding, crop farming and other antiseptic and adiabatic projects, etc.
Features
1. Heat Insulation
The compound structure reduces the thermal conductivity to 0.138w/m.k, which is 1/6 of the (thermal conductivity of) asbestos tile, and 1/2.5 of PUV tile, and 1/2200 of steel tile.
2. Acid Proof, Alkali Proof, and Anticorrosion
Since uPVC is known as having strong resistance against chemicals, sunlight, and oxidation from water, Carbon Fiber uPVC Roof Tile is acid proof, alkali proof, anticorrosive as well, experiments prove there is no chemical action occurs when the uPVC tile is put into the acid liquid (salt, and 60% alkali) for 24 hours. It’s particularly suitable for acid rain prone areas and coast.
3. Durability
Carbon Fiber uPVC Roof Tile can last for 20 years.
4. Sound Insulation
When the rainfall fall to the tile, the sound wave is refracted to the porous material, which leads to air vibration, and the internal vibration and reflection reduce the sound.
5. Leakage Proof
Carbon Fiber uPVC Roof Tile is non water-absorbed. The middle layer reduce the thermal expansion and contraction coefficient to the lowest, and there will be no crack between the screw and the tile, which ensure the tile is leakage proof and wind-resistant.
6. High Tenacity and High Intensity
Reduplicative two-way vertical stretching makes the molecular chains rearrange, which enhances the molecular cohesion, toughness and intensity. Tests show there are no cracks and damages under a 300KG load.
7. High Utilization Rate
Carbon Fiber uPVC Roof Tile is nailable, drillable, and cuttable with saws. Its wider than common tiles, and there will be less seams. The utilization rate will exceed 93%.
