the furnace is made up of furnace body, vacuum system and electrical control system. its cover, body and bottom adopt the double-layer water cooling structure, the surface temperature of furnace shell doesnt exceed 50°C. its low temperature is tested with the thermocouple, while the high temperature is measured with the infrared infrared radiation thermometer. vacuum system adopts two stage pump and triple-stage pump, molecular pump can be added if you need.
