3.15MN~20MN specification, widely used for Free-Forging of ignot(billet) of various carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals etc under hot working state. It is able to fully meet forging technical requirements including upsetting, drawing-out, punching, cutting-off etc, capable of completing the production of forged pieces including rod, plate, ring etc.


Technical Characteristics:

1. Its host structure comprises single cylinder and pre-stressed whole-frame double master cylinder.


2. Its forging precision is capable of reaching +/-0.5mm.


3. It has high energy efficiency, 10%~15% energy-saving as compared with common Press.


4. It has low base cost, equivalent to only 30% of same tonnage pull-down Press.
