The equipments adopting the method of direct pressure dehydration can be widely used in chemical, light industry, food and other industries and are applicable to the dehydration and de-juice processes of materials containing coarse fiber such as maize germ, maize fiber and yam slag dehydration of starch industry. The dehydrated material can enter the drying equipments of the next procedure, thus reducing the energy consumption of drying equipments.



As this equipment can also recycle the starch residual water after squeezing fiber, the washing loss is reduced and starch recovery rate is increased, thereby the production environment is improved and economic benefit of byproduct is enhanced.



The equipments are of various specifications ranging from type 250 to type 650. The products have assimilated advantages of same type of products abroad with main technologies of the top level within the country.
