Introduction:
TZD Bucket Elevator is a special silo bucket elevator, which is specially used for low lifting material with bulk density less than 1 t/m3.
In order to transport different kinds of material, there are two kinds bucket, firstly is steel hopper with maximum capacity 800 t/h and allowable pulley distance, H is 58.2 meter.
Then, second is plastic bucket, with maximum capacity 600 t/h and allowable pulley distance, H is 63m.
There are 9 kinds of specification of this type of this machine, The bandwidth can reach to 1000 mm, the biggest conveying capacity is 800t/h, the Biggest promote height is 65m, speed can reach to 3.94m/s. The design of the type of machine have included stretch and shrink stanza, drive set and host are adopt the float connect, through the excellent design we solve the problem of stretch in the coda.
