MGIT Concentrated photovoltaic (CPV) technology is a HYBRID solution for electrical and thermal energy. Panels are mounted on solar tracking systems for achieving higher efficiency.
MGIT CPV features two 11m2 collectors, mounted on a dual axis tracker that concentrate incoming solar power onto a receiver. The receiver consists of a multi junction PV coupled to heat exchanger that converts concentrated solar flux into electrical and thermal power.
• DC electric power from the PV cells is converted to AC power if needed
• Thermal energy is pumped through a closed loop system to the various users and for applications such as hot water and pure drinking water.
MGIT CPV provides with 4.5kWp of electric power and 11kWp of thermal power.
