DEXIS Digital X-Ray The DEXIS PerfectSize sensor features a smart design that places the electronics on the sensor’s back, making the active imaging area almost 100% of the sensor size. The ergonomic design includes four rounded corners, a slim profile, and a seamless casing that allows accurate sensor placement while providing optimal patient comfort. The proprietary cord placement allows the user to take vertical and horizontal bitewings and all periapicals with a single sensor. The x-ray system also includes One-Click FMS and ClearVU image enhancement, and integrates with all major practice management programs, digital pan systems, and digital/video cameras for a complete imaging hub. DEXIS 8 imaging software enhancements include the ClearCapture tool, which uses an innovative method of image processing to optimize the signal path between image acquisition and on-screen display for clearer, more detailed radiographs.
