OEE mud pump valve and seats are 5 types divided according to the form. Four Web Valve & Seat, Three Web Valve & Seat, Three Wing Guided Valve & Full Open Seat, Four Wing Guided Valve with welded wing & Full Open Seat, and Four Wing Guide Valve with unibody forged wing & Full Open Seat. Except of the structure, the main difference from there 5 styles of valves & seats are that, different structures result in different flow.

Specification:
Valve body and seat: 20CrMmMo\20CrMmTi, forged and machined, heat treatment to increase the hardness performance, the thickness of carburized layer is between 2.0-2.5mm, precise machining to make the valve and seat matched perfectly, so that their working life surpasses 600 hours under the normal condition.
Valve insert: Polyurethane Inserts, color can be choosed.
Valve spring: 65Mn.
Surface treatment is Phosphating or blasting and oiling.
