Pistons with replacement rubbers
1.Type: combining by piston hub, piston rubber, plate, snap ring, the rubber is replaceable.
2. Material: piston hub- 40Cr forged alloy steel, heat-treatment hardness HB283-302. Available size is A, K, B, L.
Rubber: NBR(Nitrile Rubber), with Multi-ply fabric
Plate: 45# steel
Snap ring: 65 Mn
This kind of piston is widely applied in various of mud pumps today, which has a higher cost performance than other pistons, if no request in inquiry, we usually offer this kind.
Bonded Urethane Pistons
1.Type: through vulcanization to combine piston hub with Urethane to one-body, the rubber is un-replaceable.
2. Material: piston hub- 40Cr forged alloy steel, heat-treatment hardness HB283-302.
Rubber: Urethane, color can be chosed.
Bonded Rubber Pistons
1.Type: through vulcanization to combine piston hub with NBR rubber to one-body, the rubber is un-replaceable.
2.Material: piston hub- 40Cr forged alloy steel, heat-treatment hardness HB283-302.
Rubber: NBR(Nitrile Rubber)
High pressure & high temperature resistance pistons
1.Type: combining by piston hub, piston rubber, plate, snap ring, the rubber is replaceable.
2. Material: piston hub- 40Cr forged alloy steel, heat-treatment hardness HB283-302. Available size is A, K, B, L.
Rubber: Hydrogenated NBR reinfored by additives, piston rubber base with 30 layers high fabric cloth or Nylon 66.
Plate: 45# steel
Snap ring: 65 Mn
This kind of piston has excellence anti-compression, abrasive wear and high temperature tolerance at 80-150 C. Especially, matched with ceramic liners and high pressure mud pumps.
All above piston assy. And piston rubbers, which are ideally suitable for either oil-base or water-base mud, can be ensured universal interchangeable ability, max service life, and min. liner wear, so that a min. cost runs.
