1.Description:

It has the very advanced inverter adjustable speed motor PLC digital AC motor control system, with 08 motors to synchronizing control the unwinding, winding, coating & laminating.
This machine applies to the 02layers or multi layers laminating production of film roll fabric, such as BOPP / PET / CPP / CPE / Aluminum foil. It coats the organic chemical bond equally on the fabric surface of film roll, heating by oven to volatile the solvent, and heating & pressing another film layer by laminating heat roller, then bonding & chilling to form an excellent laminated fabric.

HMI touching monitor also has rich functions for displaying & setting, such as meter auto counting, line speed, winding/unwinding tension & oven tension displaying, winding taper setting, trouble solving & maintaining, work flow displaying, temperature control meter of laminating roller/ preheat roller/ oven and ect., achieving a superior intelligent integration. At the meanwhile, it is easy to operate, the glue coating press roller, laminating press roller, oven on/off, auto joint the fabric roll ends & glue shaving are pneumatically driving.
