PALCONN EVOH tube adopts five-layer(tube-AD-EVOH-AD-tube) & three –layer (tube-AD-EVOH) co-extrusion technology to extrude the PB, PEX and PE-RT oxygen barrier tubes of diameter range of 16-63mm and use special screw and dies for the oxygen barrier material. Oxygen barrier tube could prevent the metal in the tube from corrosion. Then could keep the germs from growth, making the water clearer.
II.Recommended Applications:Palconn EVOH oxygen barrier tube is recommended for hydronic radiant panel heating systems utilizing water or an *antifreeze solution as the heat transfer media. Piping may be installed in concrete, gypsum based lightweight concrete, sand and in or under wood flooring or behind wallboard or plaster. O2Barrier EVOH may also be used as transfer lines for baseboard heating systems with a maximum operating temperature of 80 DEGREE.

VI. Tube features
1.Palconn EVOH tube is compsited tube which co-extrudes 5-layer one time
2.The imported adhesive is strong and never falling.
3.The EVOH material is imported from Japan so the oxygen permeates is solved well.
4.For the five layers, the EVOH is in the middle of the tube.So the EVOH is protected from breaking
5.For the five layers, the EVOH don’t need cutting.The tube could be welded directly and the welding quality is guaranteed.
