Our in-house injection machines range up to 680T.We specialize in high volume;over-molding;insert-molding;thread-forming molding,and 2 component molding,and can inject any and all materials including ABS;PC;PE;PP;PS;HDPE;LDPE;PA6;PA66;PA12;TPU;TPE;TPR;TPV;and all possible compounds e.g. PP/Copo;PC/ABS;as well as Glass-filled,Talc-filled,and metal-filled.
Each order is logged into our system to show when it is due on the press and the date that shipment has been confirmed. The specific press that the component will be manufactured on has the Works Order documentation stored in a holder on the press so that the operator can check any details he might require at his work station. On commencement of production our QA team will monitor first-offs and subject them to a full Analysis before releasing the item for production.
